At Scuffers, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Scuffers packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
